Action
Acetyl Hexapeptide‑37, a synthetic peptide composed of alanine, proline, serine, and glycine, enhances the expression of AQP3 and supports the transport of water from the deeper epidermal layers toward the stratum corneum. It contributes to improved barrier function, increased type I collagen synthesis, and enhanced keratinocyte proliferation.
Aquaxyl, a hydrating complex of natural sugars (Xylitylglucoside, Anhydroxylitol, Xylitol), acts as an effective hydration regulator by targeting the three principal axes of natural hydration: reinforcement of the barrier, optimization of water reserves, and maximization of water circulation within the skin. This mechanism supports long‑lasting hydration, improved elasticity, and a healthier appearance.
The combination of Acetyl Hexapeptide‑37, which stimulates Aquaporin expression, and Aquaxyl, which stabilizes the Aquaporin microenvironment, establishes an integrated hydration mechanism that supports the transport, distribution, and availability of water and glycerin within the skin.
The formulation is further supported by Medium Molecular Weight Hyaluronic acid (MMW), Pentavitin, Ceramides, and Squalane. These components contribute to hydration retention, reinforcement of the skin barrier, and replenishment of stratum corneum lipids. Ceramide NP provides additional external lipid support, enhancing cohesion and the protective function of the skin.
Use
